The Umbrella SchemeWe recognise the design, installation and maintenance of building services is a substantial commitment and is normally a relatively large percentage of the overall cost of any build or refurbishment project.

We also recognise the equipment, design and installation skills have, and continue to change and develop probably more now than at any other time in the last fifty years due to environmental and energy consumption issues.

As part of our continued commitment to service and in recognition of our partnership ethos we are able to offer our long term clients our Umbrella Service.

Essentially this consists of providing a suitably qualified engineer for a designated period, at a predetermined time each month, to attend the clients’ office. At which time he/she would be available to answer any questions relating to any M & E services issues they are experiencing on projects, whether being undertaken by ourselves or not.

They will also be able to advise on any other M & E related subjects, such as legislation changes or latest developments in our industry. Should you wish to discuss this free service please contact us.
