Metromec offer an integrated approachA full service Mechanical Contractor providing the following integrated Building Services;

These Services are provided on a Design and Installation or Installation only basis, as appropriate. We offer our Services on a total mechanical package or alternatively we are able to provide each service on an individual tailored basis. Our Modular approach enables our clients to tailor the package provided to suit their requirements and to adjust their instructions to ourselves during the progress of each project.

Design and Development
Metromec combine good design with careful coordination of the build process

The key to a successful project is delivering the utmost in quality design with careful co-ordination of Building Services and integration with the building structure and fabric. Continuously focusing on the client's specification and objectives for the completed project.

We carefully discuss and assess our client's requirements to ensure the content of our Design meets with their budget and building restraints. To ensure the final result will provide the best system, tailored and value engineered, to meet the clients specification and requirement.

Our fully qualified, experienced designers use the latest Computer Aided Design and Drafting Software to produce fully co-ordinated drawings.

Mechanical Building Services

We offer our services to Design, Install and Commission all areas of Mechanical Services i.e. Hot and Cold Services, Ventilation, Drainage and all Associated Controls. We are conversant with operating to strict time and budget restraints and provide our services from Small Installations to Large Multi- Service Projects, both Refurbishments and New Build.

Membership of and regulation by the main trade bodies ensures a high standard of workmanshipWe are members of the National Association of Plumbing, Heating and Mechanical Services Contractors, which is the premier trade association within the industry. Membership of the Association calls for the highest standards of competence, workmanship and reliable service and member companies undertake to abide by the industry's Code of Fair Trading.

Air Conditioning

Metromec are authorised to supply, install and maintain all major manufacturers equipment. We provide a full installation service from small Domestic & Light Commercial Systems to Major Complex VRF Projects within the industrial & commercial sectors.

We tailor our proposals to meet the client's needs and will discuss and present any alternative solutions in order to inform the client of all options available. Highlighting the merits and potential issues of each one.

On completion of each project we ensure the client is aware of the operation of each item of equipment and provide a simple, easy to follow, guide for the correct operation and use.

We are a full services Electrical Contractor providing the following:

• Services design
• Main power and distribution
• Access, security and fire alarms
• Small power and lighting

As with our mechanical services company, the services we provide range from full design & development on a design and installation basis or on an installation only basis as required by the client.

We provide a professional and reliable service, with a commitment to quality, coupled with our reputation to deliver on time and within budget.

We operate within the industrial, commercial and domestic market and are able to take your electrical concept and design through to completion.

Combined Mechanical & Electrical Services

We can provide a co-ordinated Mechanical and Electrical building services package offering, in effect, a M & E "One Stop Shop".

Significantly, we provide competitive prices to carry out the Design, Supply and Installation of both Mechanical and Electrical services 'in-house'. This helps to provide a higher degree of cost certainty when evaluating the services on any relevant project.

After-sales Service & Maintenance

At Metromec Maintenance Services Limited, we offer a full routine Service and Planned Preventative Maintenance programme for all buildings of all ages. We maintain plant and equipment that we have installed on our completed projects and on projects carried out by others, with fully qualified engineers undertaking the work.

We tailor the Service to ensure the equipment warranty is upheld, where applicable, and to accommodate any client requirements with regards to limited access and downtime of any equipment.

We ensure the Quality of our on site work and the associated administration is of the highest level, in order to provide a First Class Service and to encourage our clients to remain with ourselves.
