
Planned Preventative Maintenance
Our service manager software ensures that planned maintenance is efficiently organisedWith all new clients we establish the requirements and type of contract required, to ensure a specific plan allied to the clients brief. We explain the plan in detail with any options on maintenance strategy, administration and monitoring. From this point the control documents can be produced.
The majority of our contracts are Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), whereby our engineer's carry out maintenance tasks to an agreed annual cost. We also operate and offer maintenance contracts on the following basis;
Fixed sum agreements where our engineers attend site and inspect the equipment to confirm it is functioning correctly. Minor routine maintenance such as filter condition checks etc...are carried out. Repairs are carried out at an agreed additional cost.
Call-out only
Cost of engineer's attendance and materials is charged at an agreed rate. Response time is agreed, together with minimum call-out costs.
Fully Comprehensive
fixed sum agreement for the provision of labour and materials to maintain mechanical equipment and services. These contacts cover the replacement of all parts, which have failed within the contract term.
Comprehensive
This is also a fixed sum agreement for the provision of labour and materials. However, the value of work is limited to an agreed sum. This reduces the risk to us, and therefore the cost to the client.
We can provide a Multi Integrated Service in a single solution
Our service manager software ensures that planned maintenance is efficiently organised and each current or outstanding job is monitored through to satisfactory completion. At any stage of a job its status can be monitored and the client informed of progress. We can produce a project history, together with an equipment register containing detailed plant information.
From this information and with detailed accurate costs, we can provide our clients with reports containing recommendations on remedial works as necessary. Our fully qualified engineers ensure you receive the best service. We are constantly updating our knowledge in order to advise our clients of the latest regulations and to ensure our engineers continue to provide a guaranteed service.
Each term maintenance contract is tailored to ensure a cost effective programme is devised which helps to ensure the equipment operates efficiently and to prolong the performance of the systems.
We operate flexible payment plans and seek to accommodate each client's requirements as appropriate. A maintenance controller is assigned as a single point of contact within our organisation in order to provide a quick point of reference and a single channel of queries and response.
